i haven’t seen the new “mad max” movie yet. i haaave however seen “mad max 3: beyond thunder dome” from 1985, starring mel gibson and more importantly, tina turner as “aunty entity”… rocking her epic…. i don’t even know what to call it…… maybe: oversized-mohawk-mullet-that-i-don’t-even-know-how-many-hair-products-were-used-to-make-it-look-like-a-white-woman’s-version-of-an-afro? yup that’s what I’ll call it.

 anyways, charlize theron is playing the part of “imperator furiosa” in “mad max: fury road”. an equally cool name, but a …shall we say… less voluminous hairstyle. the makeup artists / costume designers / stylists / producers  (…whoever decides this sort of thing) have chosen to go with a bad-ass buzzcut.

hmmmmmmm? are we having a slight strong case of copy-cat here? it’s all good, i do that sometimes…. inspire hollywood. (in “losing things…” you can read about how my whole buzzcut-thing came about)
