these are the questions Klodiana continuously asks herself. yoga (not only asanas, but the philosophy of it – dharma) combined with a lot of discipline have helped Klodiana go on that self-care journey and quit her anti-depression meds… that she had been taking for 5 years!
everything she has been trough has lead her to this point… teaching yoga! by sharing her personal stories, including poetry, and continuously learning make her so much more than that.
